OMG the mozzarella is amazing!
I created Bonobo, an award winning, plant-based cafe in Christchurch 4 years ago. I have tried every type of vegan cheese there is. Epic mozzzarella is the real deal. Will def order more for pizza, nachos, grilled cheese toasties, etc...
Most vegan cheeses either melt into goo or don’t melt at all. This is the best I’ve found so far. Had it on pizza and in toasties and quesadillas - delicious!
This is hands down the best mozzarella ever. Perfect to just slice and eat on it's own or to melt on nachos or pizza. End up going through twice as much as I keep eating slices of it when I am meant to be grating it to melt.
