The Dairy Free Cheese I Have Been Longing For!

This cheese is so yummy, I bought it intending to cook with it and instead ate most of the block either by itself or with crackers. When I did get around to cooking with it (seriously I ate so much straight from the block) it bought such a delicious flavor to the meal and it also melted really well.

Wowee! I'm Dutch, have eaten my share of cumin cheese before going vegan and was in Holland recently and ate a fair amount of vegan cumin cheese then also. I feel I'm pretty qualified to say this cheese is one of the best vegan or non-vegan cumin cheeses I've eaten - the consistency is spot on, the flavour is fantastic! Truly addictive and without the casein! Well done! I sincerely hope to be able to buy this in a supermarket soon!

This is as good as dairy version we have tried in Holland before I went vegan. Holland is home of Gouda chéese.
